Recognized leader who adeptly coordinates technology, innovation and business objectives. Deep understanding of technical, product capabilities and never-ending thirst for knowledge across diverse topics. Connectivity, security, IoT, sensors, robotics, drones, connected and autonomous vehicles; are all within his expertise. In the application of these technologies, his mastery extends to logistics, virtual twins, applied AI, data science, computer vision, high precision location and virtual twins.

His career includes senior leadership roles at prominent companies including Microsoft, Adobe, Intel, Neustar, and as a division president for APTIV. His entrepreneurial background spans successful companies as CEO and chairman. Hank was the chairman at Zipwhip for 12 years before it’s successful acquisition by Twilio. Currently, he is a strategic advisor to UP.Partners and Voyager Capital. Company officer (section 16) and board experience as head of audit, compensation, and strategy committees are part of his experience.

He is driven to developing the next generation of leaders, from all economic conditions, diverse backgrounds, and approach to thought. Board memberships at WIT – “Women in Technology”, TiE –“The IndUS Entrepreneurs”, Enterprise Ireland, and helping to drive STEM schooling with the foundation for Open Window School. He has been awarded and led companywide programs for diversity and multi-culture throughout his career.
